Nah, the first move would be a discreet inquiry as to how well-connected UN diplomats can make small investments in businesses with contracts from the Food-for-Peace program run by a new UN directorate.

Ah.. tough one to respond to without showing bias. Depends on what homo sapien variant they prefer and digest better. Say if like the easy to catch sand country variant with distinctive headgear then negotiations may be lengthy. However if they like UN hating urban and rural dwellers from nice houses and areas then they will likely get vaporized prior to any negotiation attempt. All is jest of course on less than half a pot of coffee. mc
