MacroEconomics of Humanity in 2004
This chart is composed of data from the CIA, US Treasury, World Bank and other governmental and non governmental sources. GDP figures are based on purchase power parity.
We will update this as events unfold and I invite anyone with better, more complete, better methodology or more recent numbers to post them here with appropriate citations and we will update this chart.
Even a casual examination of these figures shows that the American Political-Economic system is far and away the best. It far surpasses even the European Social Democracies.
Maybe you think the "benefits" of the Social Democracies are worth the one third lower wealth production rates, but I warn you:
1 - The difference between US accomplishment and EuroSocial accomplishment is getting larger every year, and
2 - Could the average American really afford to give up one third of his production.
