Ex Congressman Robert Dornan has recently and repeated claimed he followed Kerry around in DC back in early 70s at the VVAW rally where Kerry tossed his medals. He says he shot video of Kerry flag burning and taking a leak on a flag.

Seeing is believing but if true Kerry would be burnt toast.

If true, it's prolly Kerry in the far background while someone else in doing the burning. Kind of like the Jane Fonda pic.

If it's more than that...look out. Don't underestimate the power of such an image. It would destroy Kerry's chances.

Rumor was on Hannity's show, but it was from a caller. He claimed to have seen it years ago when Kerry first ran for office in Mass. Also urinated on flag according to the caller.

If it were true, it would be all over by now. I believe it is false and a ploy by the lefties as retaliation for the bogus Rathergate docs and to make conservatives look like paranoid loons.

Kerry can't be that stupid to have done something like that even at the height of the anti-Vietnam War sentiment. I wouldn't doubt that one of his commie-loving associates did it and he stood by and did nothing--just like he did nothing and tried to deny he was ever at a meeting where his associates plotted assassinations against US officials some thirty years ago...

Well if true they need to start running it in St. Louis. Maybe a particpant in the Town Hall debate will ask Kerry why he burned an American flag if it becomes widely charged.

There is no doubt that the US Flag was burned in Kerry's presence by anti-war groups that he was with. Catching him burning the flag would not be a surprise to me.
But, it is one of those things that if this evidence did exist it would have probably came out earlier.

I suspect that Kerry would spin it as "defending the Constitutional right of free expression and the time-honored principle of civil disobedience."

The Hannity thing was Bob Dornan stating that he either had or saw film of Kerry pissing on a burning flag - the pissing part I don't believe.

If it is true that Kerry did this, you can be absolutely certain that the Mainstream Press, acting on their own would NEVER EVER mention it. They are total slackers in this area and it is probably intentional.
