It wasn't a debate about his Senatorial career but about Foreign Policy.
Didn't matter anyway but Bush will not lose if this continues at a minimum. He won in my eyes.
A Senator's votes on foreign policy over his 20 year career is pretty damn important in a foreign policy debate for a guy who wants to be President.
