I agree with you in part on this. I don't think that John Kerry won the American people over to him. But I also don't think that he moved people away from him. Kerry probably "won" the debate by a very slight margin, but I don't think in a way that will have any significant effect on the polls or the election.
Bush led going into the debate, he's going to continue to lead coming out of the debate. And while, I agree the Kerry will lose the election, I don't think that it will be as a result of tonight.
I agree with you that KErry will lose the election but not because of tonight. I think Kerry had already lost the election before the first debate period. He sounded just like I would imagine a 20 year senator would. Smooth and full of fluff. Thats all senators do is talk.
Because when you come down to your basic decision, with all Kerry said tonight he still did not give me a reason to vote for him but only why you shouldn't vote for President Bush and it wasn't enough.
