Follow this to its logical conclusion. Black felons are "disenfranchised" because they constitute a higher percentage of the prison population. And this is a result of an inherently racist society caused by the white male patriarchy. Ergo, white males are disenfranchising black voters.
Don't flame me. I don't believe any of it. It's the coming argument, however.
That's exactly what they want you to believe. A few years ago I talked with local law enforcement, majority of arrestees were black. Strange that all their black officers arrested more blacks as well. They're racist too </sarcasm>
LOL. Then you can continue that and say that blacks wouldn't commit crimes if they were discriminated against in the first place...(the "I was an abused child" excuse).
Then I would respond that people like Bill Cosby, Oprah Winfrey, Condi Rice, Colen Powell, etc, etc, etc...didn't commit any major crimes and they seem to be doing alright.
It's an endless circle of debate and one I'm quite frankly tired of. Some people need to grow up and accept responsibility for their actions.
