I think you mean to say he was behind charges that there was a Kurt Cobain murder conspiracy, not that he was "behind" the "Kurt Cobain murder conspiracy" (i.e. helped conspire to murder Kurt Cobain).

The CBS news this evening really didn't even address the issue of whether the documents were real or fake. Rather just rambled on about the under-lie-ing message being more important than the validity of the documents carrying the message. What do you have to do to get people to answer yes or no when asked simply "Are these fake or not?"?
