There is a widely used immortalized line called "HeLa" which is short for Helen Lane...the cells were isolated from a tumor in this person in the early fifties. People are still growing and using them today.

That was an amazing article, what the heck kind of tumor cells are these, the article said that if they weren't controlled they could take over the world, I found that incredible.

And these cells were so strong that they were able to take over other cultures across rooms, through the air, on peoples fingers etc. This is one scary cell.
