No wonder you don't support Arnold, you have no idea what his stances really are :-)
---
Arnold is NOT ambivalent about closing the borders to new illegals.
Arnold DOES agree with government cuts and has hammered on it CONSTANTLY.
Arnold HAS PLEDGED not to increase taxes except for in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
Arnold has REPEATEDLY condemned over-regulation of businesses in California and has even proposed litigation reform.
Arnold has promised not to sign a new budget unless it has WORKERS' COMPENSATION REFORM.
Arnold has also promised to ROLL BACK THE CAR TAX...
---
Each and every "fact" that you spouted about Arnold is either unspeakably ignorant of his platform or deliberate lies.
I support Arnold because he is MASSIVELY MORE CONSERVATIVE THAN SOCIALIST BUSTAMANTE... the only two candidates with a chance of winning. Why do you support McClintock when your vote for him adds more power to Bustamante... the candidate who pushes god-hating and America-hating extreme liberalism?

I sincerely Thank You for bringing the debate back to the issues.
I've heard these stands before. Let's investigate them:
"Arnold is NOT ambivalent about closing the borders to new illegals. "
Arnold is not ambivalent about denying illegals services for which Californians pay. He's in full support of their continuing free ride.
As far as his closing the borders go, yes, he's made contradictory statements one of which began: "Well it's a complicated issue..."
"Arnold DOES agree with government cuts and has hammered on it CONSTANTLY. "
His 'agreement' is deeply undercut with his very vocal support for additional government programs as well as his past support for additional government entitlements.
"Arnold has REPEATEDLY condemned over-regulation of businesses in California and has even proposed litigation reform."
He has done so totally without specifics. Remember it was half-assed deregulation that lead to California's power crisis.
"Arnold has promised not to sign a new budget unless it has WORKERS' COMPENSATION REFORM. "
Workers' compensation reform can take 2 paths. One of those paths increases government intervention. Arnold has not been specific about what his reforms might be so that we could judge which path he's on.
"Arnold has also promised to ROLL BACK THE CAR TAX... "
Whoopee...it doesn't need to be rolled back. It needs to be ELIMINATED.
If any of these issues truly concerned you, McClintock offers better solutions, specific decisions, and clearer stands.
