Would bills forbidding partial birth abortions and allowing for parental notification of abortions by minors advance your adgenda or not?

Such bills would save some babies. Is McClintock opposed to such bills?

But that was not your question. The question is whether he will advance those items, and the answer to that is no. Both he and Arnold are both interested in getting the state back on her feet fiscally first.
