It is especially significant to me, to know how you would have felt and reacted had your initiative in the end, been voted down.

Truly, if the voting went the other way, it would have been a big disappointment, and I'm not sure how I would have reacted (dropping out or going along). But taking it out on you just wasn't among my options.
