[history]
Plans are under way for an invasion of New Hampshire. Or Wyoming. Or maybe Delaware, Montana or Alaska. Sparsely populated and independent in spirit, they're all attractive targets for a certain bloodless coup in the making.
Within the next several years, according to the plan, 20,000 Libertarians would move to a single state and begin infiltrating. They'd get jobs, join civic groups, get elected and take a hatchet to taxes and laws. In this utopia called the Free State Project, schools would be severed from the state, gun-control laws abolished, drugs legalized, health and social services privatized, and most federal aid rejected. Government's only job would be to protect against "force and fraud."

They loudly champion states 'rights' to control moral standards, -- yet here they are scorning that same view when applied to political standards. - those same standards of our constitution. When a group of people converge onto a location, for no other reason than to pursue a political agenda, it is not in my opinion a group working in the interests of 'states rights' and the moral standards of the people. It's more of a coup detat. It is an action that will significantly change the economic landscape of the immediate region, including employment, land value and people's lives, in many cases against their will.

Be free, curry . Be free. Show the rest of us how you can assert, with a staight face, that libertarians want a society "that espouses no morals or behavior controls beyond "if it feels good, do it."
You are completely out of control. - Raving.

... scoffing hostility to our constitutional principles ...
No one is scoffing or being hostile to any Constitutional principles. We just find it highly amusing to contemplate a small herd of Liberloons in a mass migration to take over a small town before they destroy it, having some great need to live next door to someone who winks at meth labs and kiddie porn. In essense they are admitting they cannot survive or function in a free society of free, self-governing people, and need to congregate together in order to "breathe free air." Professionally, a doctor of mental health would call that phenomenon 'paranoidal schizophrenia.'

This is still a free country, supposedly.
Would you be advocating that laws be made to prevent such a "coup detat"?
Are these criminal actions, -- "that will significantly change the economic landscape of the immediate region, including employment, land value and people's lives, in many cases against their will" ?
- Get a grip.

Are you still here? Pack the kit bag and hit the road already, Jack. The incipient free State of Liberdopia is awaiting your midwifery to bring it into the bright new world.

Since Libertarians believe in arming EVERYONE, your examples of posts 6 and 17 could not happen in a Libertarian State.
You cannot take advantage of the weak if THEY have full-auto machine-guns TOO.
