"Jacko" Is One Sick Puppy!

You want to read something SICK. Go to www.thesmokinggun.com and find the actual court papers filed by the 13 year old boy the Michael Jackson had the "settlement" with a few years ago.

Spotted Owls are off of the endangered species list. I think that I will go kill one this weekend. I hear they make a dandy mock pheasant under glass!

I'll be praying for the rest of the juror's you claim to be seated with next month . One of the questions they often answer is whether or not jury duty is going to be a hardship for each juror. If it is they will more than likely be excused, as the pressure will prohibit them from concentrating on the case. And I think I'll stop right here because I'm betting you can read my mind!

I'd have to be the 'perfect' everything for you to even consider giving me a fair trial! No, we would just look at the facts and stop listening to your words.

Today in NY Newsday I read the grand jury statement..all 181 pages against the priests and diocese of Rockville Center on Long Island. Time and time again the report addresses the priest either getting his prey asleep or getting his prey drunk or drugged so priest can hump poor defenseless child. I have no doubt that Jackson did similar.

Then why did they settle for money? Why didn't they want to get him and protect other kids? 1. Common sense ought to be sufficient to protect children from Jacko. How hard is it to turn down his invitation for sleepovers? 2. Sex-related cases are among the hardest to prove in courts, especially with the child as the only witness and no circumstantial evidence of molestation. There is little chance they would have been able to convict him on criminal charges (ie beyond a reasonable doubt); however, they would have likely made the much lower burden of a civil case, and thus money was all that was ever at stake. Not to mention they probably figured (correctly) that all but Jackson's stalwarts would say settlement as an admission of guilt, and that his career could really only go downhill as a result (although the crap albums he's put out lately certainly had a central role). Even if you are independently wealthy, and the money wasn't your primary motivation for the suit initially, 25 million is more than most people's dignity is worth these days, it seems.

Well, of course the reason Michael Jackson is not in jail is that the UN has instead mandated that a commission of perversion inspectors be deployed to determine Jackson's compliance with basic decency. This, of course, should work wonders.

1. Common sense ought to be sufficient to protect children from Jacko. I agree. But felony stupid isn't nearly as criminal as felony child sexual abuse.
I think you're right as far as your assessment of the situation. I remain convinced the guy is a sick wacko. Even if he *doesn't* and never *did* molest any child, he is sick for having these little "sleepovers" in his attempt to remain a child forever. Stunted emotional development seems to be pretty synonymous with mental illness.

I have watched Sungirl's antics here for a long time. I used to jump all over her nonsense under a different screen name. I was not always nice to her.
She filed a number of complaints to Admin about me. I was suspended once and threatened with banning. In all fairness I had been rather sharp with a few othe5r people too, but the suspension was from Sungirl's abuse report. I decided to basically ignore her and came back with a new screen name and have really tried to be nice.
But enough is enough. We all know Sungirl is a disruptive person here. She has lied so often I lost track. She is combative and looks for fights. Then she hits the abuse button on those who fall for her bait. She TRIES to bait people and then cries foul when they respond. She also hijacks many threads with her animal rights extremism.
I think we would all agree she contributes nothing of value to this forum. Read her posts. Other than the fights her posts are pure fluff. I honestly believe her to be a sheep in wolf's clothing ie: a liberal posing as a conservative. Her conservative posts sound phony.
I have repeatedly asked the admin to ban her or suspend her for her troublemaking. I never get a response. I also know others have filed abuse reports on her.
I am posting this because I think it is time to get this out in the open. I am asking Admin to explain why she is seemingly untouchable. I do not wish to start a fight here. I just want to know what the deal is.
Many times I am tempted to respond to Sungirl's posts. But risking getting abuse reports filed is not worth it to me. I know many others feel the same way about her. Since she contributes nothing of value why is she allowed to stay? I am ping JimRob and Admin on this as I have nothing to hide. If they choose to delete it that is their choice. I hope they answer instead. God bless.

Hey LK,
You keep bringing up the term "common sense". This is a hard to find commodity in this day and age. Even less so when it comes to anything SG posts or feels is worth defending. Common sense tells me that MJ is vermin, and should be delt with as such.

I haven't been on freepers that long, but in some respects, I can see and certainly understand your points, however, Sungirl does provide comic relief and like a court jester, is some what immune from slings and arrows. Have you concisdered the thought that Admin may keep her around for just that reason? Besides, without Sungirl, who would Terriergal get to rip on all the time! ;)

I echo your post #149, OF. Yes, I too have only very *rarely* let her silliness go unanswered, and if that constitutes being mean, so be it. But anyway, thanks JimRob and AM's and all who are responsible for this development.

To: RnMomof7
well honestly I feel similarly but maybe not quite to the degree you do. I'm sure anyone that gets banned anywhere feels it is done unfairly and the feelings it incites are the same whether you deserved it or not. :-(

The rules of common sense are not the same as rules of evidence in a court of law. The fact that we do not a videotape of a crime, or the fact that a person has never been convicted is not reason for intelligent people to forego discernment concerning the character of possibly dangerous people.
The fact that famous celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor stand up for Jackson is completely irrelevant. Entertainers in general have a well-deserved bad reputation when it comes to matters of common sense and morals. The wisdom of the carnies I call it.
Why would other parents allow their kids to sleep over? Why do religious leaders stand up for criminal politicians(Clintons, Kennedys, et.al.)? Celebrity is like a drug, a drug which clouds the minds and morals of the celebrated, and of those who would rub elbows with them.
Is MJ a good father? It takes a man to be a father. Watch the interview. He is not a man. As a matter of fact, he sounds like a deranged child. Besides, a good father does not purposely choose to bring a child into the world without a mother.
A grown man also does not entice young boys to sleep in his room. This behavior has red flags all over it, and the fact that he refuses to see the impropriety of this behavior only reinforces the appearance of devious, or at least highly risky goings on.
My fatherly instincts tell me that MJ is someone not to trust with children, if not because of a history of molestations, at least because it is obvious to anyone who is not purposely obtuse that he is mentally ill, and very much so. As to the idea that his payoff does not imply guilt, If I were wrongly accused of such a thing I would fight to my last breath to clear my name. Settle? Never.
