Ok, I have edited my response as to not offend anyone especially the cencoring moderators. Here is my origional response:
Regardless of whether or not you agree with marijuana laws or not there is a point here you are totally missing. The constitution places marijuana laws under state enforced guidelines and the state of California voted to legalize medical marijuana. Constitutionally we should be protected from federal prosecution because of this but unfortunately there are too many narrow minded people that refuse to take a stand for their rights and are too blind to see them being stripped away little by little. Last time I checked this was a democratic society it is fast becoming a dictatorship.
PS. I fail to see why your quote was removed also. someone please advise me as to why.
