I popped into this thread and asked some very good questions.
"I'm a handsome guy," Kevin Curry thought to himself as he looked in the mirror.

"According to the United States Sentencing Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, more than 99 out of every 100 marijuana arrests are made under state law, rather than under federal law."LOL!
To: Roscoe
Sorry, can't do that. You say you need a transcript...
To: Roscoe
Wrote them? You seemingly couldn't even manage to read them.Damn!!! You almost made it to two lines, you idiot! ;0)
To: Kevin Curry
You have to give them credit for the accomplishments of their efforts. I mean look at Nevada. They pumped millions of dollars into their make dope legal efforts and actually claimed to be way ahead in the polls...and lost. When you can't pass legalize pot laws in a state where every other form of vice is and taken to the extreme you are either completely incompetent or seriously misjudging public sentiment...or a combination of both.
Then we just had 12 people in San Francisco find the bozo star of this thread guilty. Regardless of whatever information was with held from the jury, who would believe you could find 12 people in San Francisco who will side with the feds against a pot grower?
Oh well, as they like to say, we're loosing the war on drugs. LOL!

Sorry, can't do that. Then it would seem that the judge did his job properly and the drug dealer will go to jail.

Yet they spend every spare minute and hour posting these idiotic pro-dope threads and caterwauling and screeching about some supposed lack of liberty to smoke marijuana. And yet, here you are, right on schedule!

Take it easy. Drug pushers going to prison gets them upset.

Then that would mean that 100 out of 100 marijuana arrests are made under state law, rather than under federal law wouldn't it?
I don't see how that is possible! No federal marijuana arrests?
To: Lord Voldemort
No, you're the sick one...

Do you get upset about going to prison?
To: philman_36
No federal marijuana arrests? The DEA averages about two arrests for marijuana possession per state per week. The average pot user is about as likely to hit a state lottery as to be arrested by the DEA.
