I think you mean "moot". And despite your baseless assertion to the contrary, my question is right on target. Do you have the courage of your convictions, or don't you? Because I have seen other posters on FR advocate precisely that. I wanted to know if you fit in that category or not. When you made your elliptical reference to "God's word", it seemed quite reasonable to ask for clarification.

I'm married with two children. My question was hardly "homosexual propaganda". You obviously think our government needs to take a stronger position against homosexuality. It is reasonable to ask you what you think the government should do.

So again (now that we've danced all the way around the issue), what would you have the government do about homosexuals? Please provide specific ideas.

I can think of two possibilities. Either he is a latent homosexual himself (consider the Freudian implications of his repeated "fruitless discussion" comment), or he is a paranoid schizophrenic who sees homosexuals everywhere.
