I will be very interested in this. REAL FACTS would be a nice change from much of the information we have been getting. Dusek won't admit that the DA offered the plea deal in an attempt to get the body back for the family, DW didn't offer to tell where the body was. But, the DA, and Dusek needed the public and the jury to believe he did.
These are the things that bother me most about the case. The pushing of rumors as fact to the jury and the public. Why? Why not just admit the TRUTH?
Another thing that bothered me is that DW didn't make a statment today. If Feldman is telling him not to, then Feldman must have some reason. Of course, what could DW say but "I didn't do it", and that, of course, would go over like a lead ballon.
We've heard real facts and you won't understand, much less accept them. I don't expect any further information to get through to you, with all due respect.
Of course, what could DW say but "I didn't do it",
Obviously he could have admitted his guilt and shown remorse. Your pretending his only option was to again plead his innocence supports my point above.
