I also have a friend who found a billfold in a parking lot with 5 SS cards, 2 identification cards, a couple of birth certificates,a welfare card and a couple of loose small mug shot pictures . Had to belong to an illegal. My friend ask me where he could turn it in to get somthing done about it. Had to tell him "I don't know". Sad.
