I take phone calls from all over the country as part of my job, and I hear many people that cannot speak English (very infuriating) yet they have American Express cards. I won a small victory for REAL Americans when I took a call from a man that could barely speak enough English to ask if anyone spoke Spanish......I said, in a very confused tone, "Why would we have anyone that speaks Spanish?"

Your company will probably go under. You need to learn how to speak their language. At least that will eliminate any racist accusations in the future.
