I also have to question the reason she is sueing Paul O'Neil and not the Airport that she worked for in 1999 ..

Some how I get the feeling there is more to that story then what was reported in that article

If you'll read the whole thread, you'll see several thoughts on her strategy of going after Paul O'Neil, personally. He has to use his own money and not the U.S. Taxpayer's for one.

The whole point is there's no way to cover your butt in some agencies. The TSA is one and Customs is evidently another.
