Nope, the idea is juvenile, impossible to actually implikment, and would spell dissaster ! Federal Laws, whether we likke it, or not, supercede states' lawss andx the legalization of dope ( all forms of now ikllegal substances ) would bring down the arfm of the Fed Gov, big time. Bedsides, think of what such a thing would bring to Wyoming ; a heaven for the Crips / Bloods / etc. and complete " LORD OF THE FLIES " anarchy.
