Yep. Or as one libertarian described it, "Somalia was (and is?) an almost ideal anarchy..."Yes, and that particular Libertarian was the fellow who moved in and started building Water Wells, establishing a Judicial System, and started development of a Fishery and Fish-processing industry.
He settled in Somaliland and worked there in cooperation with the local population. He was personally involved, for instance, in the construction of water wells. Somalia was (and is?) an almost ideal anarchy in the years after the military fiasco of the United Nations. Michael was also very active in instructing the local chieftains in the principles of a "Kritachy". According to Michael those people already lived in a kind of kritarchy which made his advice fall on fertile soil. A kritarchy is a land that is solely governed by "judges". His ideal was to turn Somaliland into a libertarian country. This all led to a more business-like approach. He founded a development company to realise a large number of big projects. One of those projects was the development of a complete fishery- and fish processing industry including fishing boats and their protection. (Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day; Teach a man to fish...)
Of course, Roscoe is pleased as punch that this particular Libertarian died before he could see his dreams of establishing Water and Food resources, and a functioning Judiciary, fully realized.
Roscoe is perfectly happy to see black africans starve, as long as it means he can crow about the "failure" of a Libertarian's effort to help them develop Food and Water and the Rule of Law. After all, when one is a knee-jerk Anti-Libertarian, you don't care about irrelevant trivialities like people starving to death.
Who knows? In Roscoe's ghoulish worldview, maybe the starvation of black children is rather a happy side benefit to the "failure" of this Libertarian's efforts. A few less "useless eaters" for Roscoe's beloved State to feed.
And if you side with Roscoe's celebration of this Libertarian's "failure" to develop Food, Water, and a Judiciary, you make yourself an accomplice to Roscoe's inhuman cheerleading for black african suffering, starvation, and death.
Think about it.
