Do you approve of this sort of mockery? It is like saying that Protestants keep the Holy Spirit stowed in a book, and have but to open it to conjure its power. Talk about hocus pocus. Robby I was raised in a church where you had to genuflect every time you passed the tabernacle because Christ was in there.
Do you believe that the consecrated hosts are the true body of Christ? Then you believe that locked inside the tabernacle is the body of Christ.
I just think sometimes we do not think through the implications of things we take for granted..

Well, we should all take the matter as seriously as Luther said he did, when at his first mass he was so awed by those implications that he could hardly stand. Even later he take it so seriously that he refused to extend the hand of Christian felloweship to a man whom he thought of as a virtual infidel--Zwingli, I mean.
