I have 2 nephews that did 11 months and 29 days in a Nashville jail in the early 80's for that very offense.

So you know of two who spent less than a year in jail (not prison). That's hardly "tons."

And rather than take your claim at face value I would like to review the record of trial and see the whole story. I wager there is more stink to their story than you're letting on.
