I was the first person to get it -- as well, I long ago got your semantics and you know it, IMO. In fact, it was my identification of it on another thread that in part caused you to start this thread. If you think a person's marijuana possession (drugs, pornography, gambling, vice, etc.) has harmed you, take the person to court and do your best to prove it to an impartial jury. After all, that's what a rational person does when a person robs them, right? They do that in order to gain restitution for their loss.
