Who claimed anyone was sentenced for just smoking?
It seems it would be very hard to smoke it without possessing it...but I guess Libloather's figured out a way.
It reminds me of one of my college professors in the early 70's when MOST classes allowed you to smoke.
He said. "Sure you can smoke....as long as you don't exhale".
His remark was clever and funny...
