No I am blaming you for stating that drug use has no victims.

Please show me where I stated that. Are you resorting to outright fraud now to make your points?

All drug use can have victims, if the drugs are being used incorrectly. However, there are FAR MORE violent victims involved when you have a Prohibition. Did you people learn NOTHING from the 1930's? Prohibition caused the homocide rate to spike up to levels that wouldn't be seen again until 1975

Very true and statistics I saw show that over 60% of murder victims are criminals usually with a drug connection

And the increased murder statistics are used to take away our Gun rights

Uh right here in reply #79,

so in your twisted little brain you equate rape and murder (which have victims, mind you) with drug use (which has no victim)?

Whew now I know you constanly talk to a pot head crowd, since your short term memory is shot.

At last we have an admission that this has nothing to do with personal responsibility (libertarianism, ostensibly).

You just want to shift the focus of efforts from doper punishing to doper-coddling because you are convinced fewer people would be adversely affected.

Doper-punishing and doper-coddling are both enormously expensive enterprises. The taxpayer eats those costs either way. The only common element is doper irresponsibility in forcing the rest of us to clean up and deal with their self-indulgent messes.

It's a numbers game that ends in state action no matter how it is played.
