Oh yeah, so you can say groovy as every other word. Look there is reason why there are more accidents with alcohol, because it is more socially acceptable and ten times more people partake in alcohol.

The latest statistics is that 5% of the population are habitual pot smokers, not the 34% touted by the pro-pot crowd, because that 34% figure is based on people who tried marijuana once.

If your dream of legalizing marijuana ever came true, the amount of accidents caused by drivers going to slow or saying look at the pretty colors overthere and taking thier hands off the wheel would go up dramatically.
