I don't see how anyone can be happy when something is kept off the ballot because of a technical error.
Technical errors happen when people are stoned. I dont want my airline pilot, lawyer or gas tanker truck driver high on drugs. We all win when these things can be killed in the earlest stages. Kudos for the Michigan courts.

No one wants that, and you know that damn well. However, the legality of an intoxicant won't have any bearing on that sort of thing. It sure didn't stop those drunk airline pilots...pilots who consumed a LEGAL drug I might add...
