I'm with ya on this one! I don't trust the motives behind
this war, regardless of the bellicosity of fellow conservatives who apparently "just wanna kill somebody."

You mean the ones who have never bothered to serve in the military themselves, and who would probably pee themselves if they came face to face with a gun? Oh yeah, those "conservatives."

I do trust them. There is a election coming up,and the motives are they need to keep the poll numbers up,despite the economy tanking. This doesn't mean I like them,though.

Specific procedure? Why not start with Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution to wit "The Congress shall have the Power...To Declare War? "Antiquated" perhaps but still (at least last time I looked) the supreme law of the land.
