And I would hope that after the Perot mistake...people remember what voting for the third party actually does! We end up electing someone who almost completly destroyed the country.
This argument that Perot almost destroyed the nation is as bad as those who blame Jeffors for all the GOP's ills. Perot didn't almost cost us a nation the sitting house and senate who REFUSED to address & bring Clinton to justice for his acts nearly destroyed the nation. Like it or not that is a fact. Just as much a fact as the next Justice Department turning a blind eye as well. Yes that does include some GOP. With the Congressional Houses operating in Constitutional Order you can put Shakes the Clown in the White House and the nation be none the worse. That is why our founders made Congress the Peoples House.
Now for Jeffords who all GOP loves to hate and blame for all it's earned failures. You vote for and endorse RINO's so don't blame them when the RINO breaks away from the rest of the circus. You knew it was a untrained one you chose to elect.
