The bill of rights gurantees INDIVIDUAL rights and freedoms.

But it does not guarantee free dope. Period.

Who has requested free dope? I am curious. Have there been people pestering Apu at the quickie mart, saying, I will give you $4 for the cigarettes, $8 for the 12 pack of beer, $1.50 for the two packs of twinkies, but damn it where is my free dope? If that is going on,... well it is an outrage (sarcasm)

I see. So the only rights we have as Americans are the ones enumerated to us in the Bill of Rights?

Does it prohibit dope? Nope, period.

Those powers which the Constitution/BOR does not specifically grant/prohibit, lie outside the Fed sphere of responsibility. Again, period.

So here we stand, the fed is illegally prohibiting substances and illegally enforcing that prohibition.

Free dope? I'm not sure I understand you.

I concede you may have superior knowledge here since I've never obtained illicit drugs.

But I don't think they are available at no cost.

How about the freedom to do dope, if you pay for it? Who ever said free dope is a right?
