If the hair and fingerprint were from cross contamination/prior visit. It would only take one person in LE or CRIME LAB to place the two spots of dna. It dose not have too be all planted or all just by incident prior to the crime.

The part i can't get past is the bug guys all gave a time frame of no earlier than about 9 feb to a no later than 19feb DW was under constant survailence by then.
And the dogs could not find his or her scent where it did not belong.
