They are experimental, by the manufacturers' own claims. THEY claimed the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) because it is experimental. If it was "full and complete", they wouldn't need the EUA.

Please stay informed. The EUA has been recinded and the Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) full FDA approval (BLA) for individuals 16+ on Aug 23, 2021, and later extended to younger age groups.
