I would like to see less of this teasing and ridicule to other heads of state. when the topic of ridicule is the state of their marriage. It’s non productive. Plus. if Macron chose to. he could very easily begin taking potshots at President Trump’s marriages, both past and present.
Well, maybe it should not be done to our head of state.
Macron is a toady to his German masters and is not really a head of state.

Macron as far as in public, has always gone out of his way to treat Trump and Melania extremely well. He pulled out all the stops during state visits - with the most lavish of displays: parades, dinner at the Eiffel Tower. Even during Trump’s first term when in the UK (while Queen was still alive) Princess Catherine & Prince William refused proximity to him. (That was during the first term.)
But the most moving gesture of all was the entrance and seat of honor President Macron arranged for Trump at the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral...Trump hadn’t even been re-inaugurated yet.
