In Sweden, children under the age of 15 cannot be jailed.

I guess the only recourse for the victims family is to hire an 11 year old assassin to take this 12 year old out.

How many of us could look ahead to these times, and think yeah, one day I’ll be reading about savage gangs and hit men and pre-teen assassins running amok in Sweden and it’ll even be the “new normal”?
