A 29-year-old Afghan migrant has been sentenced to six years in prison for stabbing a 27-year-old teacher at random on the street, in the middle of the day, in the German city of Kirchheim unter Teck.
However, despite stabbing his victim four times in the back and twice in the thigh, the fact that the Afghan stopped stabbing her once she screamed was enough to convince the court in Stuttgart to drop the attempted murder charge.
Based on the fact that he stopped stabbing her and ran away, the court claimed this was a “withdrawal from attempted murder,”
The Afghan man has no certificate proving he even graduated from high school nor vocational training. He left Afghanistan in 2018 and entered several European countries. He was in Germany briefly in 2023, left, and then came back again to apply for asylum.
Despite receiving social benefits, he broke into a bank branch in Kirchheim unter Teck after hours and stole a small amount of cash. While in custody, his DNA was linked to the stabbing of the teacher.
He has been sentenced to six years in prison for the stabbing attack and an additional year and a half in prison for the bank robberies.

ONE stabbing is attempted murder.
The western countries need to get together and go with a united front on this, instant death penalty for terrorism convictions, no appeals, no mercy. It won’t stop it completely but it might make a few think twice, or should I say once?
A humane death is fine with me, they can ship them to Canada and we’ll put them on the MAID program in jail.
The wussification of Germany is nearly complete.
And Tina Peters got 9 years for...saving a database
The West has become insane!
Suicidal insane.
should be in jail for 20 years for the bank robbery, and executed for the attempted murder.
An Afghan involved in a violent stabbing of a random victim?
I’ve never heard of such a thing. /S
That 6 stabs limit is like the $950 “petty theft” threshold in CA and other places with value limits on stolen property before the law specifies an arrest is even called for.
NY has $999 to be exceeded for going past a misdemeanor.
Partner rushing out of the flash mob event: “Toss the Tic Tac value pack, Armand.”
Seven times would have crossed a line.
“given more lenient sentence because he stopped after stabbing the victim 6 times”
He only stabbed 6 times?
How kind of him.
Next they are going to give him a medal.
“He has been sentenced to six years in prison for the stabbing attack and an additional year and a half in prison for the bank robberies.”
He must be a minority and maybe a Muslim and the victim white because if the opposite there would probably be a death penalty sentence handed out.
That’s the sad truth.
Six years. Wow.
He should have come to the U.S. In NYC, Philly, LA, SF or a dozen other places, he’d have been back out on the street in hours after receiving an apologetic lecture from the judge about how it is painful for the court to have to address cultural differences with sensitivity.
If the “woman” were trans, of course, he’d go to prison for life.
Minor criminals can be dealt with so major criminals can be locked up longer.

The word "cangue" is French, from the Portuguese "canga" ... Frequently translated as pillory, it was similar to that European punishment except that the movement of the prisoner's hands was not as rigorously restricted and that the board of the cangue was not fixed to a base and had to be carried around by the prisoner.

One might use steel plates welded together. The welds might be photographed to verify it wasn't removed and only replaced shortly before scheduled removal.
If I only shot him six times with my 44 mag revolver then I should be good to just walk away because I did not reload?
“Just one more question”
Your skin color?
All I can say is thank God he didn’t come here!
How long we going to mollycoddle non assimilating killers?
