We would be talking of a different generation of Bushes.

Reflecting how badly the Bush brand was tarnished, George P. Bush of Texas (AKA “P. Bush”) lost the 2022 Republican primary for Texas Attorney General badly (to Ken Paxton). P. Bush had previously easily won the Republican primary and the general election for Land Commissioner in 2014 and 2018. I am not aware that P. Bush has any specific plans for the future.

Another potential Bush is Jonathan Bush of Maine, a nephew of George H.W. Bush and a cousin of George W. Bush. We’ll call him J. Bush. J. Bush is positioning himself to run for Governor. Maine Republicans are hoping for a good year in 2026 in this slightly Democratic state.

Maine is no longer slightly Democrat. With all the libtard flatlanders escaping their blue shit holes moving here and free loving (not freedom) illegals the goose is cooked and the once beautiful state is a thing of the past. The normal are leaving.
