No one is “non-binary.” Binary refers to a system in which there are only two possible values. It’s not up to an individual to choose.

There are only two possible values for one’s sex: male OR female. Everyone takes part in this system and there are no exceptions.

PS. If someone really has no sex, then that person is an “it.”
