he however had one of the better episodes
Lousy writers and directors, like with Capaldi.
Colin Baker played a different time lord opposite the fifth Doctor in “Arc of Infinity”, i.e. Commander Maxil. Capaldi played a Roman opposite the tenth Doctor.
