Every piece of medical equipment
Every major construction and housing advancement
Every industrial process
Every farming and agricultural innovation
Every tool that exists
Every medical procedure
Every formidable weapon
Every process related to making clean water available
Every kitchen appliance
Anything useful made with metal, wood, or minerals
