I don’t even think those are implants. I think the whole chest thing is a latex prosthetic, like that shop teacher in Canada, and the black band around her neck hides the edge of the prosthetic.
The skin is too smooth for a person that age. Skin of the neck and upper chest gets crepey after age 50 or so.
