One Life to Live star Amanda Davies has died at 42.

Davies played the teenage version of her real-life mother Erika Slezak‘s character, Victoria 'Viki' Lord, on the popular ABC soap opera.

The Daytime Emmy-winning actress, 77, confirmed her daughter's passing on Monday, via her website, sharing the star passed 'very suddenly'.

'It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of Erika's daughter Amanda Elizabeth Davies, who died very suddenly,' the message read. 'The family is heartbroken and would appreciate privacy at this time

Davies is survived by her mother, actor father Brian Davies, 85, and brother Michael, 43.

Slezak welcomed Amanda with Brian in 1981. He is known for roles in American Gigolo, Convoy, and The Age of Innocence.

Slezak played Viki on One Life To Live from 1971 until the television finale in 2012.

She won six Daytime Emmy Awards during her time on the show - the most of any daytime drama actress.

Later on her daughter Amanda played the character in a number of flashbacks in 2002 and in 2013, when the show was revived as a web series.

Slezak is the daughter of Walter Slezak, who is a Tony-winning actor, famous for starring in Alfred Hitchcock's Lifeboat.

This is the second death to affect the One Life To Live cast in less than two months.

Actor Kamar de los Reyes, who played cop Antonio Vega, died on Christmas Eve at the age of 56, following a battle with cancer

“Because of antivaxxers, we get measles and other long gone diseases.”

There you go again, like so many others, conflating people opposed to ALL vaccines, with people who are opposed to the “COVID” “vaccines”.

The “COVID” “vaccines” are not safe, not effective, and not remotely necessary. They were forced on millions of people, and sold through lies and fear-propaganda to many others.

Most of the people you deride as “antivaxxers” have received plenty of tested, legitimate, proven-safe vaccines. They are somewhat less interested in getting a “vaccine” for the flu (which is all “COVID” is and ever was), which they were lied to about, and continue to be lied to about. It’s not complicated.

“Actually they have a bill ready for signature but the house is fighting again.”

Wow, you really are a leftist troll, aren’t you? Why does there need to be a new bill to enforce the immigration laws that Xiden and Myorkas are going out of their way to ignore/circumvent?

Re: 8 - Yes. Very sad that she died.

I chalk up the jokes to ignorance and/or upbringing.

Comments about the vaxx are probably due to ignorance / willful ignorance / low intellect or a combination thereof.

Just trying to be precise, to help combat the ignorance that is so prevalent on these threads.

So, for you:

“If you were bitten by a rabid animal, would you get a rabies treatment”

Because of antivaxxers, we get measles and other long gone diseases. You must be so proud.

Thank you Dr.

Treatment sure. I’ve become very skeptical of doctors for most things though. The establishment doesn’t seem very interested in cures, just remediations that keep the payments flowing.

A few years ago, my son had intestinal surgery. A few hours after his procedure, I saw the surgeon in the hospital elevator. She introduced me to another doctor who had consulted on my son’s case. A few weeks later, we saw a weird line item in the bill. That dirtbag doctor tried to bill me $800 for a consult. He didn’t get away with it.

By all means, do not let anyone, especially the Anerican Wackos, prevent you from getting as many shots and boosters as you want.

BS. There are already a multitude of laws to fight illegal immigration but are intentionally not enforced. This is an invasion of our country and you are supporting that invasion, traitor.

The question is, is the newest technology, mRNA, safer? You understand that all vaccines can trigger side effects in some people. Scientist know that its ability to cure disease outweigh the side effect. You know that mRNA is in clinical trials for cancer and other diseases? Here is the link for the mRNA vaccines for clinical studies of diseases in phase 2 or 3 only:

Vaccines have always had side effects. So does just the smell of peanut butter. However, the great majority love peanut butter and can fend off death and create herd immunity with a little prick in the arm.

I’m done with them. I had the original plus one booster. I also had the shingles vaccine. I’m sure you will have a heart attack over hearing that. I’m sorry bug I’ve heard horror stories over the shingles. I’m hoping you never get them even though you are against the protective shots.
