they pulled him out of the grave practically because they knew no one else could lie good enough to fool a critical number of union peeps and RINO never trumpers. No one else in the Democratic party had a chance in hell of winning back those midwestern states that Hilary lost.
he is not running against trump. there never was going to be a second run for Biden. dont know who they are going to run but that person was picked years ago and will be substituted in at the democrat convention.
