I can’t imagine the horror speaking as someone who has to be sedated for an MRI.

I had an MRI several years ago. I had heard horror stories, but I found the tube cozy and relaxing.

I have a fear of heights. Of enclosed spaces, not so much.

Several years ago a Dr. asked me if I had a fear of heights. I answered "yes", and after a few seconds thinking back to the tree-climbing days of my youth I added ... "adult onset".

We both got a good laugh out of that.
