Big Brother has plans to use the money it confiscates to give to Black Lives Matter.
Apparently it has a cash flow problem.
The money is lining the pockets of those running the SHAKEDOWN faster than it is coming in.
Not enough for BLM, of course, since it’s merely in the “thousands”.
