And even worse, there’s a group of voters that believe this crap. They’re the ones that eat out every night and believe it won’t effect them because they have an electric stove.
Heating your morning coffee with gas releases less CO2 than heating it with electricity made with coal. If you really think CO2 is destroying the earth, focus on Africa, India, and China, not on kitchen appliances in the US. After that, start a crash program for building nuclear power plants in the US. Bailing out the Titanic with a teaspoon would not have saved a single life.
Let’s start with all the gas stoves in NYC. All restaurants, all apartment buildings need to be converted by 2025. So then the question is, who pays for the infrastructure conversion, the ovens and stoves, and the extra electricity that will be required to power all of this?
Let’s call NYC the beta test. And how much will this beta test cost? And again, who will pay for it?

I WANT the climate to change. Quality time on the motorcycles/jet skis more than compensates for lost time on the snowmobiles. I don’t know what everybody who is a leftard is complaining about.
In other words...it’s irrelevant that ALL OF MANKIND has been burning carbon to stay warm and cook food from the beginning of dirt, now it is a political issue and must be stopped to “save mother earth”.
