You must not cook or bake. A cup equals 8 ounces, so you drink 4 cups in a morning.
The coffee company’s call 6 oz one cup. Some however call for two tblsp per cup and some call for one so that fogs things up a bit.
I need and drink 2 20 oz cups before I can even find my pants or converse in the mornings. Wife knows not to try any conversation with me until then cause I just mumble. On 2nd cup right now.
