Why would men in their 30s go out at night riding bicycles? Looking at their pictures that behavior seems out of place. Did they all have their driving licenses revoked or something?

they probably were going out to steal catalytic converters,etc....don't think they needed to be shot down because of it but if caught in the act, what is one supposed to do..

....the killer must have cornered them to be able to dispatch them all.....unless he had help...
