As you stated, Lia has already taken it too far, if this is just a joke to show irony.
It’s too late, mainly because several young girls have lost the chance to be considered for certain highly valued scholarships they probably would have won, had they been competing against another bio female. Damages have already been done to their intended careers.
You could be right, but even so, it might help other girls down the road, if indeed Lia exposes what is going on.
One thing Thomas did in his favor is that he refrained from breaking any NCAA records. Even his opponents often commented that he wasn't giving it his 100%.
But, yes, he did cost a lot of girls their shot on the swim team and their shot at winning medals. For this, he made a lot of enemies.
Of course, you can't really blame him. The fault lies with the officials who allowed him to compete as a woman to begin with.
